- Client matter files: Personal information relating to an active client engagement is retained for the duration of the matter and for a period of 7 years thereafter, in accordance with our professional record-keeping obligations under Zimbabwe law.
- Newsletter subscriptions: Email addresses and subscription preferences are retained until you unsubscribe, after which they are deleted within 30 days.
- Website analytics data: Anonymised analytics data is retained in accordance with the data retention settings of the relevant analytics platform (typically 26 months for Google Analytics).
